This work includes various initiatives for resilience in the face of food insecurity, climate change, and disaster risk reduction through the Community Resilience Campaign supported by GROOTS International and the Huairou Commission. Field visits to the Las Brumas farms revealed a variety of effective practices including organic farming, raised plant beds, diversification of produce, and land conservation methods.
