Partnership building and Resilient Cities in Guatemala

Fundacion Guatemala used their partnership making expertise on International Day of Disaster Reduction to capitalize on work began in 2010 at COP 16 with the Office of the Defender of Indigenous Women (DEMI). Thirty-three women gathered at the office of the Ombudsman to witness the MOU signing between the two organizations. The agreement marks the launch of 5 new Resilient Cities in Guatemala.
